I can tell you that the "shakes"; are"away". The washer no longer shakes and vibrates on the floor and the toilet seat in the adjoining powder room no longer vibrates when the washer is spinning at max speed. Both the washer and dryer run quieter. Great product - just wish I had found out about these pads four years ago when we purchased our front load units. I recently bought a Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. Biggest complaint about them is the fact that the washer shakes, rattles and roles it's way out of position every load, and it is a heavy unit to push back in place. An appliance repairman, servicing one of my kitchen appliances, saw the Duet and asked if I was having a problem with the washer "walking", then gave me your website address. I immediately ordered two sets of the Shake Away Plus, placed them under both the washer and dryer (had to keep them both the same height) and just like that, problem solved. It absolutely stays put! I live in an 8000 sf new home, with the washer on the second floor. We moved into the home in September of 2006, and purchased a brand new, high end LG front loader. The entire house shakes when it's going full force! It's been horrendous and I've purchased several other sets of anti vibration pads, with absolutely no luck. I read about yours online, and I figured why not try them out when I got them, they were the smallest ones I've received yet (most of the pads were 8x8 that I've purchased recently), so I was a bit disappointed, but, I tried them out immediately and AMAZING is the only word I can use. Cory __ “I bought a Whirlpool Duet Frontload Washer and Dryer for the upstairs laundry room which is in the middle of my house. Since the washer is much heavier than my previous one, I assumed it would stay put. I had also used a set of the KE Shake Away™ pads under my old washer, which worked great! I was downstairs when the new washer started its spin cycle, and I heard a loud rumbling noise accompanied by various shakes and rattles sort of resembling a small earthquake. The washer was wiggling, shaking, vibrating and inching across the floor. I had not installed the KE Shake Away™ Pads! The Whirlpool repairman told me all the washers vibrated when installed upstairs. I was totally disappointed. I called Kellett Enterprises and they advised me to use the new KE SHAKE AWAY™ PLUS pads under the washer and dryer. What a difference! As it took me some time to find a dealer here in British Columbia, Canada I was wondering if you have ever considered stocking your products in such retailers as Home Depot, Rona and Canadian Tire Stores in Canada as I'm sure you would have a real hit on your hands here with them. I purchased my pads from a G E service dealer here in Vancouver BC who had told me they had just stocked them and didn't know very much about them regarding actual performance.
